Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and unless a lead time is specified in the item’s description) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery (within 15 miles of Oak Creek, WI) is available for select items. I will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please contact me after placing your order and we’ll schedule a pickup time: help@rustynaildesignco.com
International Shipping
I do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@rustynaildesignco.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See my full refund policy here.
Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at help@rustynaildesignco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
