Personalization Process:
- You provide your logo as a vector file (SVG) if possible. Please note, very thin lines when scaled down to a small logo on the build plate will be faint. Bold, heavier lines are preferred. I am not responsible for poor outcomes due to poor quality customer provided graphics. I will contact you if I don't believe your graphic is acceptable for use with out process.
- I may use either a gold or black build sheet, depending on product availability and current stock.
- The result: your logo appears consistently on the underside of your prints.

A few important guidelines for the logo:
- It must be black and white only (no colors, shades, or gradients)
- It should be in good quality resolution for the best engraving results
- SVG file is highly preferred!

Please note: The engraving will be mirrored and tiled across the entire surface in order to transfer to your print correctly.

How to Order:
1️⃣ Select if you want engraving on one side or both.
2️⃣ Submit your image/logo.


🔹 Mockup Approval Process:
- I will provide a digital mockup of your order before engraving. If I do not receive your approval within 24 hours, I will proceed with engraving as-is.
- Two revisions to the first mockup are complimentary, additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.


🔹 Important Policies:
No Returns or Exchanges – Due to the custom nature of this product, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Accuracy Responsibility – I am not responsible for typos or errors in your submitted design. Please double-check your file before sending it.
Logo Submission Deadline – If I do not receive your logo within 24 hours of your order, the order will be canceled.
